Terms of Service
These terms set out how we work with you, so you know what to expect from the first conversation through to the finished job. They are written plainly, the same way we like to work.
Quotes are estimates
Any quote we provide is an estimate based on what you describe and what we can see at the time. The final scope and cost are confirmed only after a site visit, where we can assess the work in person and agree on a plan together.
You decide what stays
You always retain the right to decide what is kept and what is removed. We will never dispose of anything without your agreement. Our role is to support your decisions, not make them for you.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, please let us know as early as you can. We will always do our best to accommodate a change of plan, because we understand that circumstances shift.
Payment terms
Payment terms are agreed with you before any work begins, as part of the confirmed scope. You will always know what you are paying for and when, with no surprises.
Liability
We take care with your home and belongings, and we carry appropriate insurance for the work we do. Our liability is limited to the scope of the work agreed and does not extend to items you have asked us to remove or to matters outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from our services will be resolved in accordance with Queensland law.
